How to enjoy the ceremony corectly?

• After the start of the ceremony, please do not enter the sauna to avoid disturbing others.
• During the ceremony, you can leave the sauna at any time.
• During the ceremony we usually warm up while sitting on a sheet or being wrapped in it.
• Please be silent and do not disturb the ceremony. However, if the ceremony is created for communication, you can comunicate more.
• After the ceremony it is necessary to visit the shower first and then cool off in the cooling pool or pond.

What are the types of our ceremonies?

We realize that some types of sauna ceremonies may not be for everyone, so you will always find the type after the name of the ceremony.

R – Relaxation - This kind of ceremony is for those who are looking for a quiet environment to relax. During the relaxation ceremonies, slow music plays, the light complements the intimate atmosphere and the sauna master uses a relaxing and soothing aroma. At these ceremonies you can enjoy undisturbed relaxation. During these ceremonies we may offer you ice scrubs or flower hydrolates.

D – Dynamic - A ceremony which is focused on amusement and relaxation in a slightly busier style. Can you imagine a rock band concert or the best epic music in the sauna? If not, come and see our energy ceremonies. Accompanied by fast music, light shows and invigorating essences, we will give you the right party-​like relaxation.

V – Free - This ceremony is as its written in its title. Almost anything is possible. The sauna master chooses the type of ceremony according to the mood or wishes of the clients. Then you just immerse yourself in pleasantly spent time, whether by relaxing, improvising, or perhaps discussing an interesting topic.

M – Meditation -  This ceremony is really specific and is designed for true lovers of relaxation. There is no music playing, or just very quiet background tunes. The emphasis is on complete relaxation. At the meditation ceremony, relaxation instruments such as the Tibetan bowl, Koshi, rain sticks, Tibetan cymbals and more are used. All this with meditation fragrances ensures satisfaction when visiting this ceremony.

H – Herbal – A type of relaxation ceremony that introduces you to the secrets of using herbal elements in the sauna. It focuses on calming down, gaining strength and positive energy. A wonderful atmosphere awaits you with pleasant music, dimmed light and soft, purely natural scents. Herbal ceremony hides its uniqueness in the original concept of working with herbs, fresh infusions, various types of exotic scents and incense.
