Where can I park?
There is an outdoor car park right in front of the entrance to the Water and Sauna World, where you can park for free. Or you can park in the indoor and guarded parking house of Hotel Step, which is located opposite to the entrance. The first 15 minutes of parking are free. Our clients (swimming pool, wellness, sport or swimming school) get special price - 100 CZK for 4 hours stay in Infinit Step. Just show your parking card at our reception.
Does the price include time spent in changing rooms?
The time spent in the changing rooms is free of charge, your time in wellness starts after passing the turnstile by the pool.
Do you accept payment via various benefit companies?

Do you accept Multisport cards? What are the benefits?
Yes. With the Multisport card you can enjoy following discounts:
- Discount on the basic entry to the Sauna World (90 min), according to time zones:
- Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (surcharge 270 CZK)
- Monday - Thursday 3:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (surcharge 293 CZK)
- Friday 15:00-22:30 + Sat-Sun, holidays (surcharge 315 CZK)
- 100% discount on Water World (60 min)
- 50% discount for 60 min sports booking (badminton, squash, tennis-outdoor courts, table tennis)
What is the Infinit card and what are its benefits?
Infinit Card is a credit card with which you get a discounted entrance fee. You can get the IC for free. The only condition for membership is a minimum deposit of 2 000 CZK. It takes only a few minutes to get the card, just fill in the basic information and the card will be yours. More information HERE.
If I spend more than 90 minutes in wellness, do I pay doubled entrance fee?
No, the time continues to count by each minute. Basically, if you will add 10 minutes more to your time in wellness, you will pay only the basic fee and then the additional 10 minutes.
Is it possible to store any valuables?
Yes. There are safety deposit boxes next to the reception, which you can lock with your chip watch.
Do you have any group discounts?
You may use the family discount for the Water world – see in pricelist.
Can the gift vouchers be prolonged?
You need to bring it to the reception or contact us and we will see what can be done.
Can I store a bike or a stroller?
For bikes there are stands right outside the entrance to the wellness center. For strollers there is a space between the entrance and the reception. You can borrow a lock.
Can I top up my Infinit card online?
Yes, you can do so in the Client Zone. This zone will allow the owner of the Infinit card to look into his account, track movement, and also enable immediate top-up of credit on his card. Another plus is the display of the card's barcode directly in the user's overview, which means that you will not have to carry the Infinit card with you, but it will be enough to log in to your account and then present the phone with the code to the reception. You can top up your credit using a payment card, an eBenefit UP card or through the Benefity Plus payment gateway.
water world
Is it neccesary to wear men’s swimwear, or can I have swim shorts?
You may have swim shorts, but they must be made of swimsuit fabric, not a regular one. Burkini are not allowed in the swimming pool due to hygienic reasons.
What do I need to visit the swimming pool? Can I borrow any swimming aids?
You should have your swimsuit and a towel (you may also borrow one for a fee). You can borrow glasses and swimming aids for children at the lifeguard station.
What are the pool temperatures?
Water temperature is at the board right next to the pool. Mostly, the swimming pool is 30°C, infant pool 32,5 °C and small Whirlpool 34 °C.
Do you have any refreshments?
In the Water world we sell only drinks. Eating is allowed at the tables near reception, outside the Water world. You may also go to our Sezio restaurant which has a daily menu and a regular menu. Kid’s play corner i salso available.
Sauna world
Someone took my towel by mistake. How do I proceed?
Unfortunately, that may happen because of the unified sheets and towels. You can get a new one at the reception or at the bar for 20 CZK. We recommend to unwrap the towel and place it near your drink or other personal stuff.
Can I go to the wellness without swimsuit?
You need to have swimsuit on in the pool. In the sauna, it is neccesary to take it off mostly due to hygienic reasons. In the sauna, you can be either naked on a sheet, or wrapped in it. Outside of sauna, you have to be covered by the sheet.
Do you offer entrance to the sauna only?
No, it is not possible.
Can children go to the sauna?
They can if they are accompanied by an adult. We recommend reading the visitor rules, so the children don’t bother other clients.
The sauna ceremonies are how often?
The schedule is HERE or on the board right outside the ceremonial sauna.
Sport
Can we borrow a sports equipment?
Yes, we have all the sports equipment neccesary for tenis, badminton, table tenis and squash. The pricelist is HERE.
Can I make a reservation in advance?
Yes, for the next month. Or you may use the membership card and make a booking for a whole season.
How many people can play on one court?
Maximum is four players per court.
What are membership cards and how do they work?
Thanks to the membership card you have your court booked for a whole season.
